Stack OverFlow Error on Civil3d dwg import into IW360

I am trying to import surfaces and corridors from civil3d into a cloud based Infraworks 360 model and continuously get a 'stack overflow' error preventing the import. (error code -1073741571)

I have successfully imported 2 civils3d files into my IW360 model in this manner however the third refuses to import.

I am using civil3d 2016 and the Infraworks 360 version 16.2.23.0

Has anyone else encoutered such issues and (fingers crossed) found a reason/solution?
