When I right-click on an Object I only get Properties..

Is there a setting to get Cut/Copy?paste as shown below?

I am fairly sure that these are gone. 

Select the model and use Ctrl-D for duplicate. Ctrl-D is a one step version of Ctrl-C (copy) and Ctrl-V (paste) which both currently still exist.

Thank you, useful to know about CTRL+C and CRL+V more useful for me than CTRL+D as allows to copy between proposals. Seems silly why the shortcut menu has gone though.
