Problem to run Infraworks 2020

Hi,

I just downloaded Infraworks 2020 for student but failed to run it.

There are two error messages appeared on my screen:

1. Unable to locate the resources directory

2. Can not load application settings

I found similar issues in previous posts and tried to work it out but it remains unchanged.

Can someone explain to me?

Hi @rimutaka ,

was InfraWorks installed before?
What version of InfraWorks is installed exactly?

Did you installe with full Admin rights?

And did you switch off the Anti-Virus and Firewall Programs that might have been blocking content to be installed?
