 Why is my model doing this?

I imported a Sketchup 3D model in this area but deleted it and this is still happening when model regenerates. Clears up after a while but is annoying.

without taking a look at your model it's hard to say what might be causing the delay in tile generation.
A similar issue was just reported here: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/infraworks-forum/model-with-civil-3d-corridors-fails-to-update/td-p/1...

Sometomes the InfraWorks log files show a hint what might be causing issues.
