Model Builder Request Failed. Problem 210, Model Builder Not Working!

Hello There, Absolute beginner with infraworks here so be patient. 

I'm attempting to use model builder for a select area that comes under the 200 sq.km limit. However when i select create model, i get the error code 210. I've looked at several forums and attempted to find a solution myself. However to no avail. I'm just looking for some advice or a solution to this problem,

I am also getting that same error. I was able to create the model yesterday, but when I tried exporting it, it was taking forever so I thought it may be corrupt or something so I deleted it and was going to try again and now getting the error.

Is this with all models or just one? Can you try creating a new one and let me know if it is successful?

Can you try logging out of InfraWorks and back in again?

Also what version are you using?

I've also tried all the steps indicated here in the forum but still can't extract a map from the model builder

@brian.babu The logs state that there is a network issue. What is the error message you are receiving in Model Builder?

@brian.babu Is Model Builder now working for you or are you still having issues?

@SethHall Yes, I was finally successful in loading the model without issues though some buildings are picked as mounds. Thanks you for the assistance.
