model builder not active education version (15 Nov 19)

I downloaded and successfully installed Infraworks, education version 2020
once open it only works in View mode, no "I" icon to enter in model builder
I read somewhere that it has to do something with group access but can't fully understand it

any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello, @steverugi 

Did you login to Autodesk InfraWorks with your Account? (program can work without license as viewer) and it's may be a reason - that you haven't using traditionally IW'S functions. To login click in top right place when you see string with Autodesk's account

yes, I did log in with my Autodesk account (same used with Autocad and Co.)
it pops up when I start the program

I only had to download a template to 'unlock' the model builder, now showing in full display:

a bit odd as a procedure but now I am happy
