Model access

I created a model in the morning and was trying to access it in the afternoon.  When I open InfraWorks I see the model window but when I open it there isn't any information in it.  Do I access the model another way?  I'm using 2019

I figured out what was happening.  My model needed to go to a top view and then I was able to find it. Oops!
