If you're internet is slow, its going to be slow from wherever you download it.

Hi badriamir17, 

Assuming you a current subscriber, you need to access your Autodesk account, and access your subscription into Infraworks 2018. I have added a couple of images showing you where to go.

My recommendation is to run a browser download, regardless that your connection is slow, this will take some time but will give you the .exe file for full install in your local machine at anytime (just be patient as this is a big file). The reason for this is because you are mentioning you have connection issues, so install now (which install and download simultaneously), may failed you, as with download now.
