IW Cloud Project Share Error

Hi IW user group,

Hopefully somebody can give me an answer how to resolve IW Manage Group issue. The IW version is 18.2.54.0 and invited 10 team members to read a project. All of them installed same version, but none of them can view models I created. When they open the project, none of them see proposals or bookmarks. It worked with previous version about 2~3 months ago and not it doesn't work.

Does anybody have any thought? Thank you for troubleshoot this.

Thank you for the input and let me try it. Hopefully it works and will keep you posted how it turns out.

Harry's suggestion didn't work and had spent a couple of days to find a solution over the weekend. Finally found it!

If any 2D drawings or images are attached in an active proposal view, IW cannot sync, I don't know why, but after deleting the referenced 2D and raster files, the IW project successfully synched. The following Knowlege center note resolved the issue:
