Infraworks issue with opening a Model Builder project

In Infraworks 2024.1.2, I cannot open Model Builder projects. I get the following error message when I try to open it: Unable to open the model "XXX".

 

How to fix this ? I never had this problem in Infraworks 2023.

Hi @ebba_enerisNWAUV ,

 

can you send the latest InfraWorks log file after you tried to open the Model Builder model?

The log files are located in %AppData%\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs
