Infraworks Dashboards not functioning.

I recently downloaded Infraworks 2021 and when I opened it the dashboard showed blurry text and I was unable to load anything. I uninstalled it and tried downloading 2020, but had the same issue. Tried restarting infraworks and computer but no luck. I managed to open a project, but when trying to connect data, create, analyze, etc... The text shows up as in the image. Any suggestions?

Hi @aaron.anderson.john ,

I have seen this issue before.
It could be caused by a graphics adapter issue. What graphics card do you use?
Please also make sure you have the latest graphics driver installed.
Some usere reported that the issue happened for them when the computer was connected to the monitor with a VGA cable or adapter - or when using the docking station.

To get model icons displayed correctly in the InfraWorks Home, follow the steps:

1. Click 

   the "I" icon on the top left corner to switch back to the previously opened or active model.

2.  When in the model space, click the "I" icon to switch back to InfraWorks Home. Model tiles are visible now. 

To get Docket Tools displayed correctly in the InfraWorks model space, follow the steps:

1. Hover mouse cursor over top left corner of corrupted Docked Tools.
2. Drag it to the center of the model space to undock it.
3. Undocked Tools box is displayed correctly.
