infraworks 360 Student Version

Hi, is there a student version of Infraworks 360 or only Infraworks 2015 only. I downloaded the Infraworks 2015 for students, but can't get it work. It asks me to sign in ,but I can"t find where to.

May I ask Autodesk 360 account means A360, I have registered with 30 days trial, is this I need to send to InfraWorks360.Student@autodesk.com?

Because I installed the infrawork 2015 360 R3 for 30 days trial verion without serial number,  when I send my information to InfraWorks360.Student@autodesk.com for license upgrade, will they provide the serial number for me if I  qualify?

Yes, please send the following information to InfraWorks360.Student@Autodesk.com

• First and Last Name
• School Where You Are an Educator
• Email Address you used to create your free Autodesk 360 account
• Autodesk 360 ID

When we receive that information, we can work with you directly to resolve any questions about the serial number, etc.

Hi,I still haven't been able to use Infraworks 360. My 30 day trial has expired and no success. At the beginning of last December, I downloaded Infraworks 360, but I wasn't able to create any models. Then I was "caught" in the middle of the upgrading of Infraworks 360 upon tring to use the software I was prompted to upgrade my "older"version ,but with no clear instructions how to or where, and after many hours of searching I gave up. I have uninstalled the old version of the software and installed the new one, however, I no longer have the trial available for me. I was told that after the trial period I will be able to get my license upgraded to student version. I am very much looking for to use this software ,after seeing the endless number of videos showing its capability .

Can someone please help me get the student verion of the software ?

I have sent the requested information to Infraworks360t.student@autodes.com email address earlier, but never heard back.
Just to double check ,is the Autodesk 360 ID the same as the Autodesk ID ?

Were you guys able to fix the problem so students can use Infraworks 360?  I downloaded the trial and it has expired and I now I can not open the files with the regular infraworks 15 to edit the 360 files.

I sent my student request for IW360 twice, 

but I didn't receive any answer. 

I need it for my internship at IUAV University, 

and I'm worried because in less than 10 days I have to complete 

a digital model.
