Infraworks 2024 will not open any model...

I have Infrawork 2024 installed. I am unable to open any model locally, or from ACC. I have tried opening the sample models and even tried creating a "small" model from model builder. It will just stay on this screen (picture below) for what seems like forever. I have let it sit like this for hours. Others, seem to be able to open the models within minutes at the most. Pretty much, it has never gotten past this screen.

And all models were made in the same version of Infraworks. It will also stay on this screen even though it does not need an upgrade.

I have tried many solutions online. My cache files are stored locally. I have tried moving them to different folders on the C: drive to decrease the path lengths, along with just trying the default file paths. IT helped me uninstall and reinstall 3 times already times. I am not saving anything on one drive or any external drive (other than ACC).

Attached is a common log I would see.

have you check the permission the InfraWorks folders where your files are storage. Make sure you have full rights.

Second, have you cleaned out your C:\Users\"UserNamer"\AppData\Local\Temp (make sue you have full windows permission for this folder.

Do you have full permission for this folder also? C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks (Version)

Check this folder also to make sure you have full permissions C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\InfraWorks

Typically when I right click on a folder in Windows and go into the properties... I will uncheck the Read Only option at the bottom.

Tony,

Thanks for the reply. I had IT give me full permissions, if not already had them, for these folders and cleaned up the temp folder. Unfortunately, I am getting the same result.

Hi @Richard_Mehall ,

the log file you have sent is not showing much informattion. It's actually showing InfraWorks in a start-up process and no model is opened yet.
Can you check other log files if there is more information? If yes, can you send them?

Regards,
Karsten.

This is a more recent one. Not sure if it contains more relevant information or not. I tend to just quit the application via task manager so that might kill the log. But yes I am still having this problem. I haven't been able to use this for months now....
