Infraworks 2015 Tutorial model download

I'm new to Infraworks 360 2015. I was trying to do exercise 1 Getting Started.

I'm signed into Autodesk 360, but I cannot find out where to download the Tutorial 2015 model.

Can anyone help me?

Hi Dwight,

On the InfraWorks 2105 Home page, there's a filter button next to "My Models".  When you drop that down, choose "Cloud Models" - there should be an orange dot next to it when enabled.  Once you get to that view, you can find "Tutorial 2015" model in that list.

Hope that helps you get started.

This is what my screem looks like when I launch Infrsworks. I do not see a home icon.

Any other suggestions for getting to the Infraworks home page or am I doing something wrong.

your not doing anything wrong

the tutorials are assuming you are using Infraworks 360 and not Infraworks

there is a difference between the 2

A note to let you know that DarrenP is correct that the differences you're seeing are due to the tutorial being based on IW360 and you're not on IW360.  I am looking internally to find an equivalent model for the InfraWorks desktop that you are on, and will update this thread when I have more information.

Hi Dwight,

Unfortunately we are not able to provide the same tutorial model for R2015.1.  Could you upgrade your installation from R2015.1 to R2015.3?  If you can, I can provide you a ZIP file of the Tutorial model, which is already available online to anyone using InfraWorks 360.

I hate to be a bother, but I cannot find the Home page for Infraworks 2015. All my searches come up Infraworks 360. If possible, can up send me a link to the Infraworks 2015 home page? Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dwight

As DarrenP stated earlier, unless you are using InfraWorks 360 you will not see the "Home page".  If you upgrade to InfraWorks 360, then you can follow the instructions from the online help to download the tutorial directly from the Home page.

Can you tell me if you were able to upgrade to InfraWorks 2015.3?  If you did, you will still not see the Home page, but I can provide you a tutorial model that you will be able to open and follow the tutorial.

I have asked our IT department to update our Infraworks 2015 to 2015.1.3.

They are also looking at cost to upgrade to Infraworks 360.

If they get my 2015 updated, I will let you know, so I can get the tutorials from you.

I'll like to get the ZIP file too because I'm running Autodes Infraworks Version 2015.2. I don't know from where I can download 2015.3 version to get model files from you

Hi Pablo,

The tutorial I can provide will work only with R2015.3, so first you will have to upgrade that.  If you have an IT department that upgrades your system software please contact them; you can also login to your subscription account and look for downloads there.
