For city furniture, I usually export the entities in Civil 3D as different SDF or SHP files. For example, if you have blocks in Civil 3D that represent fire hydrants or something, you can select all of the blocks and then use the MAPEXPORT command. Pick a destination file, and then make sure you check the box that says "Select manually". You should see a number in the bottom left corner of the window that says "XX objects selected". You don't want it to be zero.

In InfraWorks, go to the Data Sources window and add the SDF file as a new data source. Configure as City Furniture, choose a style, make sure it is set to drape on the terrain, and you should be good to go. Note that your Civil 3D drawing needs to have the same units and coordinate system as your InfraWorks model.

If you change stuff in Civil 3D and need to update the InfraWorks model, just follow the same process and overwrite the original SDF file. Then in the Data Sources window, right-click the data source and hit Refresh. You should see the changes reflected in the model.

Not sure if you have Civil 3D pipe networks for your utilities, but those can be imported directly to InfraWorks. Just add your .DWG as a data source, or export from Civil 3D as an IMX file and then add as a data source.

Thanks for That. How do I import more styles for barriers from 3d warehouse

You’d have to export the SketchUp model as a 3D model (I typically do a COLLADA) and then create a new style in the 3D Objects category of the Style Palette. Then use that as your barrier style and adjust the spacing, rotation, etc. Just realize that you will probably have some issues if your fence has corners and your model from 3D Warehouse is just the straight portion. The corners will not look right.
