How do you make a Land Area only grade a portion of its perimeter?

How do you make a Land Area only grade a portion of its perimeter, ala Civil 3D?

Hi @tcorey,

Land Areas always grade along the whole edge, there is no possibility to grade only along one part border and leave the other borders.

Maybe a topic for the Idea Station again?
