As you can see from the images the export 3d model scrabble the ground texture...it looks fine in IWS360...

@pding, this sometimes depends on the application you use to view the FBX file. Do you have Navisworks or 3DS MAX available to check?
If the problem persists, then the only way to correct this is to create a separate combined arial texture and drape that again on the combined terrain object in your desired application. Check this post for more info on that.
