Hi. It worked the first time when I had a trial. Now I have a student licence but I cannot use it. Screen Shot 2018-05-16 at 7.33.00 pm.png

Hi @Anonymous

Did this just start happening, or has this always behaved this way?

Can you try to create a new model from the "new" button on InfraWorks home screen, and select collaborate? Can you create a model to a Group (18.2 and earlier releases) or BIM360 Folder (19.0 release). What happens when you do that?

I would also try signing out of InfraWorks and signing back in and see if that helps.

I missed the part where you said you had a Trial and now a Student license. Did you sign up under different email addresses? Are you using the same user name?

I created a new model from the "new" button and it showed this.

I tried signing out and then signing in but it didn't work. I think the Trial and Student license are under the same account.

Thanks for that! What happens when you click on the "web administrator" and try to manage the model? If you could provide the link via private message, it should have a model ID in the URL.

Thanks!

Thank you, that is very helpful. I have forwarded that off to the appropriate team and they will be looking into it shortly. I will post back here when I have more information.
