Cannot use Model Builder function in InfraWorks

I already installed InfraWorks on my laptop but I cannot use the Model Builder function to download data.

I attached a screenshot for preview.

Is there anyone help me?

Are you using the latest version of InfraWorks? You have to because they updated the maps. Need to be using 2021.2.

I am using the version InfraWorks 2018.

Several months ago, everything is good when I use this function. I have just used it and had this problem.

Am I not able to use the Models Builder in InfraWorks 2018?

Unfortunately, the maps have just been updated, so you will need to update to the latest version if InfraWorks.
