Black screen

Hello everyone

I have problem with my model(i thing it is model).When I open a model I can see only black screen .Cube is there,tabs are there but roads,building and screen is black.What to do.I was truing save model from cloud on pc but no results.You can see my screen on picture.Thank you

Switch your view from Engineering to Conceptual (On top of screen) and see if that changes anything. It's possible your view settings were changed accidentally.

is this issue resolved?

If not, have you checked if the view is just out sight and you "look" into nowhere?

Options to check:

• Switch to the conceptual view
• Top left of the view cube, you find a "home" icon - it will reset your view to the saved home view location.
• In the data sources, select any source data that you have imported, right click - select. From the "Select Model Features" menu, choose "Zoom to selected"

I have  the same problem and I have a meeting with a client in 30 min.Before teh black screen one of the contributors added a new civil 3d surface to the  model . My version is 18 0. 45.
