Hi Community.

I have a problem, with ArcGIS Connector on Infraworks (latest version). I can access to my portal for ArcGIS through https://... but I cannot access with my ArcGIS Online, because the configuration (by default) is http://... I tried of change this, but the system doesn't permit. I'm attaching the video with the problem, since appear the error 403 (only https) but I can not change to https.

I believe that this connection could reset through a file, but I don't know which is...

I wait your comments or ideas for solved this issue. Thanks in advanced.

Hi Braulio,

There are 2 folders named ArcGISConnector located under following folders:

  1. C:\Users\<Your user name>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\cache\QtWebEngine\ArcGISConnector
  2. C:\Users\<Your user name>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\QtWebEngine\ArcGISConnector

Close the InfraWorks, delete 2 ArcGISConnector  folders and restart InfraWorks. You should see only the default portal which is ArcGIS Online (https protocol) now.

Oliver

Hi @Anonymous ,

by the way - your InfraWorks does not look as if it's the latest version.
I suggest to wait a few days and then install the latest version 2020.2 whch is scheduled for release in the first half of January - check out the Autodesk Desktop App for news.

Regards,

Karsten.
