3D file (skp) does not configure

I'm attempting to bring in a bleacher 3D model into Infraworks. The problem is that I'm unable to configure it; the options are greyed out. As you can see in the attachment I have several other 3D models (all are sketchup files) that worked fine. Such as the playground equipment, basketball goals, foul poles, etc. I just can get this one to work. I even attempted to save the file as a *.dae file but that did't work as well. I reinstalled Infraworks 360 just in case there was some sort of glitch but that didn't solve it. All 3D models were downloaded from 3D Warehouse.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Lastly this model can be seen on YouTube. Just search "Mirabal Park".

Try to re-download the Sketchup file in Sketchup version 8 or later, and then open it in the most recent version of Sketchup possible (I downloaded this file in Sketchup 8 format, then opened it in the trial version of sketchup 2016. Also, I renamed the "5+row+15.." file name to "bleachers", then exported to .DAE from sketchup. Everything seems to work fine following this workflow. I was able to configure the bleachers after importing them into IW360 as a 3D model file.

Thanks for the quick response. This definitely works. However I had to use 3DS max to bring in the sketchup file and then save it out as a .dae file. I don't have sketchup installed (got to get with IT). Thanks again.
