Component (road) material quantities were included with the Quantities panel in 2018.0 - I'll mark this implemented, but if those features didn't address this idea, feel free to comment and we'll reopen this.
This is great. The only thing I would add is that clicking on the component road gives the quantities for the road components, but does not include the grading.
While you can get an overall cut & fill, it would still be very useful to see the grading cut & fill included as a separate item as per the other component parts.
