Hi Everybody-
This is probably a stupid question, but I'm asking anyway!
A consultant has asked for our model because they are taking over the visualization. How do I share the Infraworks files?
Do I share it through the Infraworks 360 web page? If so, how do they move the model to their "non-cloud" location?
Or do I just send the files from my hard drive? If so, which files?
Thanks so much for your help!
Meredith
@mermerCAD, I think this depends on a couple of questions:
Depending on the answers, you could definetely publish a Cloud version of your model which the consultant can be given access to using these steps.
If he hasn't got InfraWorks 360, then I would just export an FBX in separate files and provide the files to them.
Let me know if this helps you out?
First, you need to synchronize any changes you've made in your locally cached model to the cloud version. Then it's as simple as adding them to the design group for the model and they download the latest cloud version.
If you want to push the model to a different group (probably a good idea) you'll have to duplicate the model first. Then when you synchronize to the cloud you can specify which group to publish to.
