Cant use Profile Optimisation?

I cannot click the "optimise" button, and it keeps saying "the selected road is not valid or corrupted.optimisaztion is not supported"/

Anyone can help out, pls?

what type of road do you have?

In InfraWorks there are three different types:

Sketch Roads
Design Roads
Component Roads (Preview Function)

I fyou select your road, right click, can you convert to a design road?

If yes, do so and run the optimisation again.
