When removing sketch pattern, apply Equality Constr. to objects, sim to Offset.

Subject says it all really. 

Take a rectangle, array it (er. Pattern it), find the array constraint icon and delete it. No constraints applied.

Take any geometry with arcs and lines, offset it, find the offset constraint and delete it. Helpful constraints applied.

Using the same event structure to the offset constraint apply equality constraints at a minimum to the objects after the pattern is removed.
