I'd like to thank you for pointing out this issue with our Chord Length Fillet tool. Unfortunately, I've been trying to re-create the issue and have been unable to do it in my sample models. You don't by chance still have the model that caused this issue, do you? If you have any models that have displayed strange fillet behaviors recently, I would love to see them as the team is currently looking at this.
