snap to centermark in drawings

While dimensioning a drawing, the cursor highlights the crossbars of the centermark, and not the actual center point of the centermark. I don't think the center bars are useful typically when dimensioning. The centerpoint would serve better. 

I propose making the dimension tool snap to the center of the centermark.

Hi @Pontooon, I'm archiving this idea because while we don't block the highlight/acquisition of centermark bars, we currently do allow you to snap to the intersection (centerpoint) of a centermark during dimensioning - see below:
