Interesting idea, we do not provide the bulk data file for analyses because users do not have means to review it or modify it, nor can the analysis be run outside of Fusion 360.
The idea is not so much to compute things outside F360, but more to see what has been done. What the calculation discarded, etc.
For instance when the calculation remove isolated elements we don’t know what part and where it was removed on the mesh (when it fails i mean of course, when it succeeded you know what has been removed !). This is important in order to understand if you do something wrong.
Right now the shape optimisation is a little bit of a black box… 😉
