SECTION VIEW NOT WORKING

I go to my autodesk messages.  There's one message I want to delete. 

There's a checkbox on the left.  There is no delete button, bulk action select, nada. 

Checkbox is useless?  Spam message is undeletable?  "Message must be viewed before delete" means message will be unread forever.
