Mapping mouse buttons for navigation

Mapping mouse buttons for navigation

It would be great if F360 allowed users to map simple navigation shortcuts to additional/utility buttons on the mouse.

For example, in my case:

> I would like to map "Undo" and "redo" to the "page-up" and "page-down" buttons on the mouse respectively; the capture position to another utility button; etc.

>Another neat addition could be: "context aware mapping", where the different utility buttons could have different functions mapped for different parts of the program. For example: map the "Folder-back" and "folder-next" to the "page-up" and "page-down" button respectively, while the user is navigating the Data-Pannel.

The ability to customise the mouse can be very benifitial for power users.

I'm surprised this functionality is missing in an application that's encompassed so many other design areas.

All I want to do at this point is orbit an object with the mouse and not have to use a modifier key.  Is that to much to ask?
