improved fillet results (y shape connection)

Status:

this is obviously a hard shape:

But the current solved surface with the fillet command produces not very usable surfaces.

1. the surface deeps

2. the surface even inverts - is not only convex

3. the G2 status is not true with the top curvature comb while the lower curvature comb shows good G2
