Idea to make the program easier & more efficient
Add an option in setting to change from the main CPU driver to GPU, and vice versa, this would speed up the main process and make the program less laggy for people who don't have high end graphics cards, or CPUs. It's relatively simple to implement this, plus quite a lot of programming & illustrating programs implement this feature, such as blender. Ergo I think you should consider it.
