delete selective branches when not needed anymore

branching is pretty cool for exploring ideas and variations

but at a certain point the idea tree can get pretty filled

so it would be not a bad idea of branches that are not needed anymore can be removed

obviously this means that everything that connects to that branch later will go but I am more

talking about end point ideas that were not further refined.

The team has this captured so if there are any ideas or feedback you have around deleting branch, please engage with the group on that forum. They are the ones who can improve the functionality. In my preview thread I was more talking about complete reversing the creating of a branch.

this idea is more about cleaning up branches from ideas you don't need anymore.

Understood, but still it makes more sense to post it in that forum since the people working on branch and merge can directly absorb what you're talking about and engage with you.
