Dashboard needs to show Time of last modification, not just Date

I have no way to distinguish between identical-looking copies of saved files if they were saved on the same day.

It just says "Fusion Design update to v1 on 12/6/14"

I can't tell whether I modified the original after making the copy.

Even going to A360 and looking at the version history doesn't show the time of day each version was saved.

Desired Changes:

1. The "i" information needs to show the time of day, not just the date.

2. The Versions list in A360 also need sto show the time of day (and the date), not just "9 days ago".
