Fusion 360 is a wonderful program so far. I'm a longtime AutoCAD and Solidworks user and educator. BUT--the cloud based programming just isn't cutting it. We have a fiber connection to the web, brand new computers, fast switches and hubs. The bandwidth needed for 30 students at a time is unweildely, and isn't reliable enough. About 1/4 of my students at any one time are crashed, locked out, or some other problem related to the cloud. The program itself works really well. Not being able to save work to a local drive is not good
I would like to see a stand-alone implementation of the software, with cloud sharing as needed.
