Add Timecode to Simulate

It would be great if CAM > Simulate got some loving. Adding a TIMECODE readout to the jog/shuttle/play controls would help. The user should be able to click into the timecode and type in a value to jump to that part of the simulation. Having the toolpath timecode here would also cut down the time I spend in CNC Cookbook's G-Wizard Editor doing the same preview function and give folks an estimate of how long it will take to mill/turn their part.
