Adjust Grid head sizes

Hey Guys,

Have always wished there was a way to manually adjust grid head sizes, in larger scale drawings, as the grid head can often interfere with what is trying to be shown. Let me know what you think.

Cheers,

Jacob

On large scale site plan, we usually hide all grids except the peripheral ones. So for a square you only have the edge grids. Or none at all, since they are unlikely to be useful for any large scale drawing.

Great wishlist item!

Here is another similar one along the same topic:

Let's make sure we vote all of these up to get a result!

We are not inventing the wheel... it's something so simple. Creating a new family for just a different head size grid isn't the smartest thing. Just ADD an option in "edit type" for head and text size.

I totaly agree @VenB! This is a simple coding job and I know that this works very well in, for example, ArchiCAD.

Sorry, VENB this is not solution. You change type, it's changing symbol in all views. On the other hand, if you copy grid you can't  make copy/control from master file. Autodesk should find better solution (at least enable text to be at diffrent subcategories).
