Wall Core Boundary at Ends

Wall ends should behave like real life.

  • The exterior / interior finishes should wrap into an opening / around an end, not move the core layers.
    • For example, if i start a project with generic walls or otherwise change the style down the road to one with drywall wrapped ends, the core should not move, the finish should extend past.
  • Need to be able to dimension to the core at the end of a wall, not the finish.
    • right now you can only select the finish face to dimension on a wall.  You can dimension the core at inserts, presumably if the family is created correctly.
  • Need to either be able to control the wrap at each end or improve wall cleanup.
    • Also need to have the ability to 'double hatch' walls without the additional line between that using materials creates.
