Folders for View Filters

View Filters are wonderful, and a big part of their usefulness is how specific they can be. Also, I find that my View Filters often fit well into groupings (such as "Fire & Life Safety" and "Site Plan"). While View Filters do their job very well, the menu for them is lacking. It would be nice for the View Filters menu's "Filters" portion (on the left-hand side of the menu) to be better organized. One way to do this is for the list of view filters to be able to fit into folders. This would allow a user to expand and collapse folders as needed, making the top-level list smaller and making the user able to more easily find the filter for which he or she is searching.

Since folder-style organization has the downside of feeling labyrinthine when there is no limit to how many levels deep are possible, I'm suggesting one level only of folders for this.
