Team,
As a firm we are moving more and more toward using Revit to generate color presentation graphics that are often printed in booklets or, at large format and mounted. These graphics are often combined with graphics from other sources. The common color format for printing is CMYK as a result it becomes necessary to convert Revit's (or AutoCAD's) RGB specification to CMYK. In our experience the color accuracy of these conversions varys greatly based on the conversion tool employed.
Generally, we would like to see the application moving beyond being a strictly a documentation tool to include more presentation related tools. The first step toward this would be support for the CMYK color specification.
Thank you,
