Multiple Workspaces in Revit to control which top-level Ribbon tabs are visible

I've been teaching Revit online this past year, using my work computer, and it is confusing to the students to see my Ribbon looking so unlike theirs:

Revit should provide something akin to AutoCAD's multiple workspaces per user to be able to select from the available top-level tools, depending upon the task at hand. I'd have a minimal workspace for teaching, a more inclusive one for architecture and structural, and one for everything. I want granular control of multiple Workspaces.

The 2021 Workspace customization routine assumes that I have one role in one subset of disciplines. Not so!
