As an English speaker I don't quite understand what is meant by Cyrillic symbols? Arial Narrow has a certain Cyrillic character range, Arial Unicode has arguably more perhaps (both of which can be used in Revit). Perhaps there is some localisation issue I'm unaware of. Are you specifically referring to character modifiers?
Revit Text Type property 'Width Factor' can also be used to reduce Arial Unicode to give similar appearance to Arial Narrow.
Probably when using these features you have to check how they print to pdfs etc.
Would this request not be better off addressed to the makers of the original Arial Narrow font? Also I found that condensed looking text styles in Revit's out of the box family templates do not make use of Arial Narrow but use Arial with the Width Factor as @RPTHOMAS108 stated instead.
