Font Control for Schedule Group Headers and Footers

In schedules, it is possible to control the Font for the Title, Headings and Body of the schedule, but there is no control for the font of the Group Headers and Footers.  They look the same as the body and tend to blend in.  Being able to control the font for these two items would allow you to differentiate them from the body of the schedule.

Please consider adding this functionality.

Exactly what i was about to post, but you probably did it better than i could of.

This is much needed functionality, i either have to put up with it being hard to distinguish between sub headings, or break the schedule down in separate schedules for each group, which makes the project browser a nightmare to navigate.

@Anonymous , I put this post together a few months ago, you may find it to be a useful alternative to multiple schedules.

@Anonymous  Thanks for the work-around!

Crazy to jump through all these hoops to make Revit do something that it should already do.  I've started adding a parameter called BLANK to the objects I plan to schedule just so I can add an empty column along the left side of the schedule that can be used for indenting.  The headings don't indent, so they become more visible.

Bump

It is also confusing that 'header' is used for two different Things:

1. the category e.g.  level

2. the parameter that the scheduel is being sorted by; if e.g. sorted by level then: first floor

Bump again.

Are there any plans to address this request originally posted almost 2 years ago?

Agree with the above commenter, we need a fix to this.

We also really need the ability to add a blank row after these group headers since they don't get one even when you add blank rows between all other items in the schedule.

Yes, there are workarounds, but they should not be necessary and a too fiddly to get to look right.

Notice how many of these very very basic UX issues are still unresolved after YEARS.  Almost any Revit post I land on these days, has user requests for basic functionality ignored for literally years.  Its unreal that a flagship product would have this many issues.

bump.  This would one small step for Revit programmers, one giant leap for Revit (schedule) users.

Still not there, after 6 years :cara_con_lágrimas_de_alegría::cara_con_lágrimas_de_alegría::cara_con_lágrimas_de_alegría: Such a simple and intuitive thing. I love Revit

I need this too! We should definitely be able to customise footers (e.g. make your totals stand out by making them bold or bigger)
