Analytical model alignment

Recently I made some presentations about possibilities for analysis in/out Revit. Pity is that analytical model does not respect core (construction) material, but instead it is still in the middle of the wall (sandwich) or floor (top). For analysis it is nonsense and only option is to have two walls (one bearing, other non-bearing), and same for floors. For some cases it is not practical.
So, please:
- stick analytic model only to core (construction) elements

- it would be great, if there is an option where to put analytic plane of floor by default (now it is only on top), as I and many other users wants to have analytic plane for floors in the middle.

In addition, it could be great, if analytic model lines could be adjusted more then top/middle/bottom, but by exact numbers.
