This is possible. Create View 1. Create View 2. Superimpose View 2 over View 1 in a layout. There should magnetically selfalign. If they don't autoalign, just use the Align tool and select a building axis as align reference.

We are using this technique to create formwork drawings all the time. We create a floor plan, then create some sections through it. Then we align all of those in a layout. Then use breakline tool to mimic local rebated sections.

 

This align / superimpose technique works great when you want so display first half of a floor aligned or partially overlapped with the second half of the next floor.
