Thanks for the post, and all of you that voted on it.
"All of these values go off of one end of the pipe, not the other." - this is not actually how it works.. so it is unclear if the voting is based on this statement, or on the request.
The actual behavior is that the values report based on where the leader points.
Interpreting the request, it seems as though you'd like to have the following reference points easily annotatable (referring to image below for definition):
- Topmost Pipe
- Topmost Invert
- Bottommost Pipe
- Bottommost Invert
Is that the correct interpretation? (recognizing that if these were parameters, you could add all that you like to a single tag).
Is there anything else missing or needed from these pipe related elevations?
E.g., would there be a need for the following... or anything else for that matter?
- Topmost Insulation
- Bottommost Insulation
