Revit Decals do not export or link from Revit to 3ds Max.
This is one of the few features that is not supported by the Revit to 3ds max workflow. Decals are often used for art and signage. Manually reapplying Revit decals in 3ds Max in an exhausting and unnecessary exercise that results in a lot of extra labour and errors. Please provide support for Decal export and linking to 3ds Max, this would remove a huge barrier to the interoperability between both pieces of software.

For those that counter that the image can just be applied as a material in revit or within max. This is very true however sometimes they are items that we would like to tag, schedule and quantify (ya know use BIM). So to have these elements useful in documentation then port out to a visualization would be a huge benefit to some of us.
