Make View Rewind tool discoverable

There's a super-useful tool named Rewind that works like an Undo just for Zooming.

But most people aren't even aware that it exists because it's hidden under the seldom-used Steering Wheel (which itself is hidden under the Navigation Bar) and therefore, not very "discoverable"

Adding Rewind to the View Tab of the Ribbon - perhaps on the "Windows" Panel, alongside Switch Windows and Tile Windows - and allowing it to have a Keyboard Shortcut would be a GREAT time-saver and make it simpler (possible?) for people to find this very useful tool

With the uncropped Perspective Views in 2019, this even more needs to made available.

I'm curious why just adding a Keyboard Shortcut to this tool seems to be difficult to accomplish.

It is present in context menu (2019.2) as 'Previous Pan/Zoom' and 'Next Pan/Zoom'.

That's not quite the same as the Rewind Tool

Yes, it does step back through your previous Zooms and Pans, but you have to type in ZP for EACH instance.

Zoom Previous does not have a corresponding "Zoom Next" or "undo"

You can go back and forth with Rewind.

AND with the Rewind tool, you get a graphic showing you what the zoom will look like
