Tool path direction issues

Hi All,

I'm trying to use HSM express in soldiworks for the first time and on face value it looks great.  Except for one issue.  I have a simple 3mm extruded model to resemble what I want to have cut out of a sheet of 3mm arcylic.  However I cant seem to revers the direction of individual paths and the software seems to be calculating it suce that if it cuts around the outsaide of the object, when it comes to holes, its cutting on the wrong side of them.  Any advice would be great.

Attached is a screen shot.  You can see I've tried to just run it as a simple 2d Contour job.

You need to select which side of the contour you want to cut? The red arrows show which side.

And, if you don't have the arrows on the correct side, click the arrow to change its direction.
